1. Department of Optometry
Admission Requirements:
UTME: In addition to acceptable scores in the UTME, candidates to be admitted into these degree programmes shall possess a credit pass in each of the following: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English language at the Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or its equivalent in not more two (2) sittings.
Direct Entry: Candidates with at least two (2) A level passes in relevant subjects at the GCE Advanced Level/IJMB/JUPEB in relevant science subjects at not less than B grade in addition to other requirements by the specific programme or First degree (BSC/HND) in related discipline (Biological or Physical Sciences Discipline) or Registered Nurses (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) may be considered for admission into 200 Level, provided they satisfy the ‘O’ level qualifications above.
2. Department of Audiology
Admission Requirements:
UTME: In addition to acceptable scores in the UTME, candidates to be admitted into these degree programmes shall possess a credit pass in each of the following: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English language at the Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or its equivalent in not more two (2) sittings.

UTME: In addition to acceptable scores in the UTME, candidates to be admitted into the 6-year degree programmes shall possess a credit pass in each of the following: Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and English language at the Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or its equivalents in one (1) sitting.
Direct Entry: Candidates with at least Three (3) A level passes in relevant subjects at the GCE Advanced Level/IJMB/JUPEB or its equivalent in relevant science subjects at not less than B grade or OND with minimum of Upper Credit or First degree (BSC/HND) in related discipline may be considered for admission into 200 Level, provided they satisfy the UTME requirements above.
