Resumption schedule
The Management of HUST wishes to remind all students, parents, and guardians of the approved resumption schedule for the new academic session:
- Returning Students: October 4th & 5th, 2025
- Freshmen (New Students): October 18th & 19th, 2025
Fee Payment Requirement
- Parents and guardians are encouraged to commence payment of school fees into the university account.
- A minimum of 30% of total fees is required for resumption.
- Students must communicate their payment transaction details to the Bursary via: [email protected].
Resumption Clearance Form
- Upon confirmation of payment, each student will receive a Resumption Clearance Form via their email.
- The clearance form must be printed and presented at the University gate before entry.
Security & Arrival Guidelines
- For security reasons, all students must arrive on campus not later than 6:00 pm on their designated resumption day.
- Any student unable to reach the campus before 6:00 pm is advised to remain at their current location and lodge there, proceeding to campus the following morning.
Transportation Scheme
- The Student Development Division will coordinate an official transportation scheme to assist students with travel logistics.
- Details of this process will be communicated directly by the Division.
Important Notice: Students who have not made the minimum 30% payment will not be permitted to board the University bus or gain entry into the campus.
